• Delivery Terms
  
  • When you initiate your subscription, the first month will be provided for free. At the end of the first month, the subscription will automatically transition to a paid plan.
  • Once the subscription has started, the user’s access to the service will be provided immediately.
• Payment Terms
  • At the end of the first month, if the subscription continues, a monthly fee will be charged.
  • Payments will be automatically deducted from your registered payment method.
• Refund and Cancellation Terms
  • After a payment is made within the month, there are no rights to a refund for that payment.
  • Once a payment has been made, you do not have the right to cancel for that month. This means you will continue to use the service for that month.
  • The subscription can be canceled at any time for future periods. However, payments made for the canceled month will not be refunded.
• Usage Rights
  • In exchange for the monthly payment, our users have the right to use our product for 30 days.
  • During the subscription period, the user has the right to benefit from all software features.
• General Terms
  • By accepting these terms, the user agrees to use the product and adhere to the subscription conditions.
  • Our company reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
  • Please read these conditions carefully before starting your subscription and ensure you understand them. By initiating the subscription, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

• You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, create derivative works or use any content from SafeVideo for any commercial or public purpose without prior written consent from SafeVideo

• SafeVideo does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability or security of our platform. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the smooth running of our services, we do not take responsibility for any interruption, delay, or discontinuance of SafeVideo
• In no event shall SafeVideo, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use SafeVideo, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access to your personal information

You agree to indemnify and hold SafeVideo, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of SafeVideo.

SafeVideo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use SafeVideo after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ankara, Turkey.
